Refund / Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your order. However, should you be unhappy with the product you receive, you can return it within 28 days of receipt providing it is unopened, unused, and ‘as new’.

1. Please contact us before you return your item. We will give you an RMA number which you must include in the package you return to us, along with our returns address.
2. You should then return the product to the address provided using a registered mail service such as Recorded Delivery.
3. Once we receive the product back, you can choose to receive a refund or an exchange (excluding postage costs) within 7 days.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of products which have been opened because there is no way of that we can ensure that we can verify the contents of the product.
